2010 Art Fair
Each year the Cadillac Council for the Arts and the Cadillac Area Artists Association host the Cadillac Art Fair during the month of July. The art fair is a juried show. The attendees must submit slides of their artwork which are viewed by a committee made up of board members. The art show is comprised of approximately 110 booths so only the best arts and fine crafts each year are admitted. Jurying the art slides takes one evening each year, but the whole job of organizing the art fair takes up hundreds of hours for our director, Phyllis Olson.

There is an estimated 8,000 to 10,000 customers who come each year to enjoy and buy at the festival.

Current members of the Cadillac Area Artists Association are not required to submit slides. However, in order to have a booth, members should attend a certain amount of meetings each year to be eligible.

During the art fair, all the other organizations that comprise the Cadillac Arts Council entertain the crowds - starting Friday evening with the Taste of Cadillac food booths. There is music and entertainment of all kinds during the evening on Friday and all day long at the Rotary Arts Pavilion next to beautiful Lake Cadillac.

Price Per Booth:
$70.00 for Saturday and
$25.00 for Friday Evening (Optional).
